What I Ate Wednesday, #20

I have a feeling my life’ll be getting a tad more…ย exciting in September. I’ll be getting a new job, and I’ll be skipping off to college (which is a community college, so thankfully I’ll still be at home). Exciting, yet nerve-racking.

These eats are from Tuesday, which also happened to be the day of my student orientation. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be, and plus they had fruit.

I likes fruit ๐Ÿ˜€

Evolution Juice + Peeled Apple Clusters

So after the orientation was over (it was kinda early in the day), me and my mom went out to breakfast at Starbucks. I don’t know if a green juice with apple clusters qualifies as breakfast, but it my book it pretty much does.ย It was my first time trying the clusters, and I have to say they were satisfyingly crunchy for being only apples.

Pears and Vegan Chocolate Chips

After coming home and doing some things, I found myself hungry again. I decided to get some fresh fruit in my system, yummy fresh-picked pears. I also decided to nom some vegan chocolate chips, becauseย chocolate. ๐Ÿ˜‰

BBQ Seitan Wrap

Lunch was a wrap: a whole wheat tortilla with lettuce, tomato, BBQ seitan and a sprinkle of vegan mozzerella cheese. I added a drizzle of ketchup when I ate it because it was a smidge dry. YUMMAZING though ๐Ÿ™‚

We also happened to have some canteloupe in the fridge, so I made a beeline for it a little before dinner. I don’t want to ruin your day, butย winter is on it’s way, people. You have to eat melon while you can!

Broccoli Pepper Vegan Pizza

So, did you know that Flatout brand has Rosemary and Olive Oil pizza crusts? And they’reย vegan? Whelp, you do now. For dinner, I made a vegan pizza using roasted garlic pizza sauce, broccoli, chopped red peppers and some vegan mozzerella cheese. Pretty fantabulous, if I do say so myself.

Before you skedaddle, don’t forget to check out Jenn’s blog, and a thank you to Laura for hosting the linkup this week! ๐Ÿ˜€

So, what’d you guys eat today? Speak your mind!
